Doing the Happy Dance!

Well, I lost a pound. I was getting really frustrated with my lack of progress so I feel a lot better now. I got my new Cathe videos yesterday so that should help. I tried Muscle Endurance for the first time and it was awesome. It was hard but I made it through the whole workout. It reminded me a lot of some of the Firm videos but harder.

Here's my log for yesterday:

B: 1/2 c. oatmeal, 1/2 c. blueberries, 3/4 c. soymilk 4 pts
S: rice crisps 1 pt
L: tofu & veggie stir-fry with garlic sauce, 1/2 c. rice, hot&sour soup 10 pts
S: banana 2 pts
D: Spring Chicken w/ leeks & tomatoes, 1/2 c. rice 7 pts
S: birthday cake 6 pts
