The scale made me happy!

I'm down another pound and a half! Another half a pound and I'll have finally lost the 10 pounds I put on since moving. If I continue at this rate, I'll hit my ultimate weight-loss goal by Christmas. I've been doing the mostly vegetarian thing for 18 days now and I haven't been feeling hungry or deprived at all. Actually, I haven't had any fish for over a week. I'm not gonna say that I'll never eat fish again since there will be a sushi bar on the cruise we're going on in a few weeks but it'll probably become a once-in-a-blue-moon thing.

Here's what I ate yesterday:

B: oatmeal, blueberries, soymilk
L: bean burrito & chips
D: macaroni & fake cheese, salad
S: frozen fruit bar

Looking back at what I ate, I'm not eating quite enough veggies. I need to work on that.

Damn I'm jealous! I have about twenty pounds to lose. Seriously, and I'm a guy. I'm 200 lbs and I should be 180. 170 if I had my way. I'll get there. I WAS 210 a couple months ago. Hey, I'm a slow-poke.
