I had a crazy morning today. I went to work at 7:00, worked for an hour, drove home, took the kids and myself to the dentist, spent two hours there, took the kids back home, went back to work, worked for an hour and then took the car to get smogged at lunchtime. Phew! It'll be nice to sit down and work for the rest of the day. All three of us have a teeny cavity and Nick apparently chipped a tooth and didn't notice. Also all of Nick's fillings are falling out. Emily gets to go to an orthodontist. I get to go back in two weeks for an uber-cleaning because my gums suck. The dentist said I've got great teeth but lousy gums. So now I get to have a prescription toothbrush and prescription mouthwash. Goody! The toothbrush looks really cool though and it was cheaper than one of those fancy Oral-b ones. I also have to go in for an exam every 3 months until my gums start looking better. Lucky me! On the exercise front, last night I did
Cathe's Rhythmic Step for the first time from the TiVo. It was kinda tricky but really fun. I couldn't manage all the jumping but it was easy to modify. I have a feeling that one will be in my next round of video purchases.
