Feeling Awesome
I felt awesome all day yesterday! I got to ride my scooter for the first time since Wednesday, I was wearing size 8 jeans, it was beautiful outside, it was even a good hair day. It was an all around excellent day. Work was boring and I got sucked into a really lame meeting right when I was about to go home but other than that, it was all good. I've got 350 miles on my scooter now. I'm thinking I'll have to bring it in for its first service next weekend (I've gotta get it checked out by the dealer within 500 miles for the warranty to be good.) One of these days I need to find out how fast it can really go. I've gotten it up to 55 but I've never gone all out full throttle (I hear it can go 70.)
Here's my food and exercise log for yesterday:
B: oatmeal, soymilk, blueberries
L: Amy's Frozen Dinner (veggie salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, apple crisp) and a big salad
S: baby carrots & hummus
D: whole wheat linguini, marinara sauce with mushrooms, zucchini & red bell pepper
S: banana
Workout: 60 minute spinning class
